This package includes:
-Unlimited email, text, phone meetings
- In person meeting (1 hour)
-Venue meeting (1 hour)
-Final Walkthrough/Details Meeting (1 hour)
-Assistance with Floor Plan
-Personalized Wedding Timeline
-Running Ceremony Rehearsal (1 hour)
-Coordinate and handle all Vendor logistics and supervise set up day of
-Set up personal items and decor, style and decorate tables, reception area, cocktail hour, etc.
-Confirm DJ/band has performed sound check
-Ensure officiant has the marriage license
-Distribute bouquets and pin boutonnieres
-Cue bridal party for ceremony processional
-Assist guests in finding their seat/table
-Assist DJ/band in coordination of events
-Keep Bride,Groom, Vendors and Guests on time for events
-Clean up personal items, gather cards/gifts at the end of the night.
- Up to 12 hours Day of Wedding.
